Who We Are:

Cómo Se Dice (How do you say?) was born out of a personal need for a better way to prepare for the real world.

As I began planning my travels to Latin America for this upcoming summer, I realized that traditional language apps weren't cutting it. I didn't want to spend my time tapping through repetitive flashcards or feeling the pressure of "streaks" and quizzes. I wanted to learn at my own pace and, more importantly, I wanted to learn how to actually talk to people.

I built this app for the learner who wants to skip the fluff. There are no levels to unlock and no multiple-choice tests—just straight conversation.

Whether you want to practice ordering street tacos in Mexico City, navigating a bus station in Medellín, or discussing local history in Cusco, Cómo Se Dice gives you the freedom to chat on an unlimited amount of topics.
